TRAINING OPTIONS
Personal One on One Training lets us cater to your needs.
Workouts will be tailored to meet your specific fitness goals, taking into account any special accomodations you may need. The focus will be on helping you to attain the results you want to see. During sessions your personal coach will really help you consider your motivation and work through any roadblocks.
Training sessions will include customized workouts through the following: Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance/Weight Training, Core, Balance, Posture and Stretching. Our personal trainers are nationally certified fitness professionals who will ensure that proper form and results are achieved.
Buddy Training lets you and a buddy work together!
These workouts are tailored to meet the needs of both buddies. As with "one on one' or "group training" focus will be on helping you to safely & properly achieve your fitness goals.
Training sessions will include customized workouts through the following: Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance/Weight Training, Core, Balance, Posture and Stretching. Our personal trainers are nationally certified fitness professionals who will ensure that proper form and results are achieved.
Small Group Training is for women and men of ALL fitness levels and ages!
You will receive 1 on 1 attention while working out and staying motivated with other people. Small Groups are only 3-6 people. Workouts are designed to improve your physical fitness, lean and tone your body, and improve your overall health. Each session includes Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance/Weight Training, Core, Balance, Posture and Stretching. Sessions are led by nationally certified fitness professionals to ensure that proper form and results are achieved. You will be inspired, motivated, and held accountable in a fun and supportive environment.
If you prefer to have your fitness training delivered in a virtual format, we can support you!
In these virutal sessions the same one one one attention is provided to you directly from Zoom or FaceTime. Customized workout plans are tailored to meet your needs.
